1. What the shop sells
The Field Manual shop sells digital PDF guides. Each manual listed in the shop is $7. The complete bundle of those manuals is $37. The shop may show a compare-at total of $70 next to the bundle. That figure is the listed sum of the individual prices. Checkout does not apply promotion codes.
Checkout is Stripe Checkout, cards only, one payment. There is no subscription. We do not store your card number. Stripe collects the card payment. When a database is available, a paid session can store the email Stripe returns with that session.
2. The book on Amazon
The book pre-order button leaves this site for Amazon. This shop does not charge your card for that book. A return of the book follows Amazon's policy.
3. When a field-manual sale is final
The Terms of Service state that digital PDFs are delivered electronically and are not eligible for return once downloaded. After Stripe marks the payment paid, the shop success page shows the PDF links. Once those links are on that page, the sale is final.
The success page asks you to bookmark it. When a download token is created, the address becomes a token link on /shop/success. The code does not set an expiry time on that token. If the page says the link is invalid or expired, email support and include the link.
4. Leaving Checkout before payment
If you leave Checkout before Stripe marks the payment paid, the shop does not show the PDF links and does not treat the order as paid. A payment that Stripe has not marked paid is not a refund case.
5. A charge without the PDF links
If your card was charged and the success page did not show the PDF links, email support. That charge is eligible for a refund. This is for a paid order that did not provide the files. It is not a change-of-mind or satisfaction refund after the links have been provided.
6. How an approved refund is sent
A refund is returned to the original payment method. It is not sent to a different card, and it is not stored as account credit. We aim to submit an approved refund within 48–72 hours. Your bank decides when the amount appears. We email you when the refund is initiated. If you do not see it within 5 business days after that email, contact your bank first. If the bank cannot find it, email us.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@themasculinitymatrix.com with the email on the Stripe receipt if you have one, the date of the charge, and the reason. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
8. Payment disputes
Contact support before you dispute a charge with your bank. The shop has no customer-account suspension process for a dispute.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The new text is posted on this page with a revised last-updated date. Continued use of the site after a change is acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States.
